Dooku has some nice feats of his own but primarily in lightsaber skill. As with Maul, Dooku was more of a duelist than a Force practitioner. Vader seemed not to be particular toward either one. That said, Vader is more powerful than Dooku based on feats; so listing showings from Dooku in that regard is pointless.
Is Darth Maul better than Count Dooku?
Maul wins absolutely every category besides experience and technical skill. Force: Dooku, has better knowledge and arguably better showings. Physicals: Dooku is good for his age but Maul is definitely superior. Lightsaber skill: An argument can be made that Dooku is better but not to a huge degree.

ANH Vader and TPM Maul work together with the goal of destroying Dooku in a fight to the death. Standard morals and equipment. Location of their fight is outside of Dooku’s palace i.e. where Dooku was training Savage to use the Force to lift pillars.
