Our tickets are purchased per vehicle, irrespective of the number of passengers travelling in your vehicle. The details of those passengers travelling in your vehicle are only required if you have purchased personal travel insurance.
Can I add a passenger to my Eurotunnel booking?
To make travelling with us easier, it’s possible to store passengers details to a My Eurotunnel account, and even add these passengers automatically to future bookings. Complete the passengers details, where you will have the option of “Automatically add this passenger to future bookings”.
Can you go to the toilet on the Channel Tunnel?
We provide award-winning toilet facilities – including disabled toilet facilities – in our passenger terminal buildings which we recommend all passengers take advantage of before travelling. There are no disabled toilets onboard our shuttles.
Can you be a foot passenger on the Eurotunnel?
Can you be a foot passenger on Eurotunnel? At Eurotunnel we can only allow you to travel in a vehicle – be that your own or as part of a coach trip. You cannot travel as a foot passenger, but you are able to take a bicycle.
Do you pay for passengers on Eurotunnel?
No – the ticket price includes your vehicle and up to nine people. Vehicles that can take more than nine people are charged slightly differently, but the number of people in the vehicle does not change the price.

Do you have to wear a mask on Eurotunnel?
We kindly ask you to wear a face covering during the crossing. The toilets on our shuttles are therefore closed. There are toilets available in our terminal buildings – please use them before boarding the shuttle.
