The staff are great and make sure you are okay and the discount is a great incentive (you get 33% off at all green king pubs) however!! The pay is minimum wage and minimum wage for the amount of stuff you have to do (deep cleans, meetings, waitressing/ helping bar, kitchen, floor, HOURS!! of training etc) it’s not great.
