Novant exceeds all other hospitals in NC/SC The staff is very supportive and work environment is very practical for a hospital. Working in ICU, there were some hard days and some rewarding days, but the providers were always exceptional to work with and nurses were very friendly and helpful.

We do get annual raises but they have never been more than 25 cents, and they are a cooperate raise so its the same for everyone not determined by your own manager which I think is extremely unfair considering you don’t work with these people who determine these raises day in and day out.
