I absolutely love the samurai katanas and don’t really like any of the ninja weapons outside relics, but I love the ninja armor and don’t much like a lot of the armor samurai gets (not into the clothy hakama look). I also think ninja has really awesome, flashy abilities while samurai seems to just be a lot of slashing.
Why do people prefer Ninja over Sam?
To me, Ninja is just an overall more enjoyable job. It’s fast and active, their animations and effects look more interesting, and yes do they have better looking gear in general. SAM, just like RDM, just suffers from being simple and boring to use.
