Glyph of Stars is a cosmetic minor glyph for druids. It causes [Moonkin Form] to appear as a translucent, starry version of the druid’s normal form. It is a purely visual effect; the form is still treated mechanically exactly the same as Moonkin Form, and enabling Astral Form counts as shapeshifting.
Can you still get Glyph of stars?
As of right now, this glyph is no longer in the game as an appearance option. The appearance aspect of Glyph of Stars has been written into the Balance talent Blessing of the Ancients. To be a functional Balance druid, you still have to be in Moonkin Form with this talent.
