What is an ACT ID?
When you first register for the ACT, an ID is assigned to your record. This identification number begins with a dash and is followed by eight digits. You’ll find your ACT ID on the bottom of your admission ticket and at the top of your Student Report. The ACT ID is used to match you with your ACT scores.
How do I find my ACT ID number?
You can find your ACT ID number on your admission ticket and official ACT score report, which was sent to the high school and colleges you requested. It’s an eight-digit number that begins with a dash. If you can’t find your ACT ID, call ACT, Inc. to get it.
How do you download ACT scores?
- Navigate to act.org. Click on Menu in the upper right.
- Once you are signed in, locate the test from which you would like to submit scores and click View Scores.
- After you re-enter your password, you will see your test scores. Click Download student score report pdf in the upper right.
- You will see your score.
Do you need ID for ACT?

Click on Forgot Password on https://selfcare.actcorp.in/. Now enter your username and mobile number. If the username and mobile number entered by you matches the information in our database then the password will be SMS’d to your registered mobile number and emailed to your registered email address.
How do you email ACT scores?
- Click on “VIEW SCORES”.
- If your scores are available to view, you will be prompted to re-enter your password.
- Click on “DOWNLOAD STUDENT SCORE REPORT PDF”.
- Right click anywhere on the PDF and select “SAVE”.
- Attach the PDF to an email and send it to [email protected].

To update the State Student ID or ACT ID for an examinee, follow these steps:
- Log in to TAA.
- Locate the examinee, either by:
- Select the Search button.
- Locate the specific examinee record you want to update and then select the Edit button.
- Select and correct the applicable ID fields.
