What is Mrrs?
MRRS is the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard’s tool designed to record and track Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) elements to include immunizations, dental status, laboratory tests, and physical exams such as periodic health assessments, deployment health status, pregnancies, illnesses, and injuries.
What is IMR military?
Readiness Requirements. Assessing IMR is a continuous process and must be monitored and reported on a regular basis to provide service leaders and operational commanders the ability to ensure a healthy and fit fighting force ready to deploy.
How do I complete the PHA army?
To schedule your annual DoD PHA, you must complete your online PHA assessment by going to https://medpros.mods.army.mil/portal, and under “Self Service” there will be a link for “Periodic Health Assessment.” Additional questions should be posed to your S1/G1 office.
How do I access Mrrs?
MRRS access is available to commands by going to the MRRS website (CAC required), downloading the SAAR form and sending the completed form to the service point of contact found in the MRRS FAQ on the main page.
Where can I find my da 705?
DA Form 705 can be downloaded from the AKO My Forms link. Forms can be filled out on screen or by hand. The samples provided are not to be used for scoring the APFT. Use the scorecard downloaded from AKO for scoring APFT events.
