Which is better V5 or V7?
Pilot V7 have less cartridge life (obviously as it deposits more ink) compared Pilot v5. V7 grip do ve higher diameter while v5 is lesser dia grip which makes it more comfortable for me for a longer writing.. I prefer pilot v7 for office utility (Signature n one page writing in a day)…& V5 is good for studies…

Answer: No they aren’t. If you are writing on thin paper,such as the Bible they bleed through some. However I do recommend the, because they are smooth writing.
