What LOFT is a 5 wood?
about 19 degrees

What does a flat lie angle do?
A flat lie angle means that the angle between the shaft and the ground is smaller, making the club shaft more flat as compared with the ground. What do you think of the 910 D2 and D3 drivers?
We found both the 910 D2 and 910 D3 drivers to be every bit as good as the previous 909 versions. There was a slight improvement in forgiveness from the larger sweet areas and the optimised sound and feel at impact were excellent. We preferred the larger head of the D2 as it also looked a little more ‘conventional’ at address.
Could Titleist 910 drivers improve on 909’s?
The Titleist 910 series of drivers, consisting of the 910 D2 and 910 D3 models, replaces the 909’s which we thought was one of the best woods Titleist had made to date. So could they improve on this? Well we think they have with the introduction of the SureFit Tour Hosel in their 910 drivers.
What is the difference between Titleist’s D2 and 910 series?
The D2 model we tested features a standard 460cc head. Both are .5° open. Titleist claims the 910 series it’s the most technologically advanced driver they’ve ever made (would you expect anything different). The literature says the face has a 15% larger maximum ball speed area, which we think means you don’t have to be dead center to be long.
Is there a difference between a 910d2 and a B4?
I play a 910D2 and had it in A3 last season but have now moved it to A2 to get the ball flight and spin down. Indeed there is! The B-4 setting is 1.5 more loft and .75 flat. The settings are designed to not necessarily influence ball flight direction.
