Distilled from corn, Watershed Bourbon Barrel Gin has the same botanical base as Watershed Distillery’s Four Peel Gin (Four citrus peels, get it?), also featuring performances from juniper, cassia, allspice and coriander. It’s then rested in bourbon barrels.
