To earn the achievement Mantle of the Talon King, you need to complete the Terokk’s Legacy storyline and earn exalted status with the Arakkoa Outcasts. After you complete the storyline, you will do the final quest Call of the Talon King and gain the title Talon King or Talon Queen.

For dungeons, Auchenai Crypts and Sethekk Halls will grant reputation until Honored for mob kills inside of the dungeons on Normal difficulty. Shadow Labyrinth, meanwhile, grants reputation until Revered on Normal and all the way to Exalted on Heroic.
