Is Okami San a romance?
The main characters from Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi and Toradora! all look similiar in terms of design and personality. They both are romance comedy anime, of which both started out as a comedy anime and towards the end the romance aspect developed.
Is Okami San Good?
Once the viewer understands the reference then everything becomes clear, however Ookami-san only really works on that basis.
