Cajun Boats was founded by Mastercrafter in 1977 and produced a wide range of fishing vessels. The Louisiana boat manufacturer Cajun Boats/Mastercrafter was noted for their adaptation to speed and handling of bass boats. Mastercrafter discontinued their Cajun Boats line-up in 1997.
