I bring Anders, Sigrun, and Nathaniel. For DA2 purposes, bring Anders and Nathaniel if you want them to appear without any questions of being dead. Doesn’t really matter if you fully upgraded the keep. As long as you upgrade the keep and choose to save the city everything should be okay.
