Everyone that works at Spire Tunbridge Wells is very committed and highly skilled as well as being a lovely bunch of people. As an organisation Spire is behind the times. However it is doing a lot of work around diversity at the moment and staff wellbeing which has been good. They’re tight with money though. Always short staffed.
