What is a commuter club?
Commuter Club gives you the savings of Annual Travelcards while spreading the cost into manageable Direct Debit payments. You get a full Annual Travelcard, but you pay for it in 11 instalments at the same price as a monthly Travelcard. That means one month of totally free travel and no fare rises for the full year.
Can I cancel my commuter club?
You can cancel your Commuter Club season ticket at any time. We don’t charge a fee for this (unless you choose our express service), but an amount may still be due to us for the time you have held your ticket, and you will need to return your ticket.
How do I join the Bruin Commuter Club?
BCC Student Eligibility Students must be an actively registered UCLA student, not hold a single occupancy vehicle UCLA permit, and participate in one of the following sustainable transportation modes: UCLA Carpool. UCLA-Issued Transit Pass (excluding UCLA Co-Pay)

How does Commuter Club make money?
This seemed unfair, so we created Commuter Club’s award-winning subscription service. Our customers pay on a monthly basis while saving hundreds of pounds a year compared to what they would pay if they were buying monthly tickets.
Do UCLA students ride the bus for free?

How does a ride share work?
One person may drive all the time, while the passengers contribute only to the cost (e.g., gas and parking). Participants may alternate driving and not exchange money. The carpool driver may pick up passengers at their homes, or they may meet at a central location. Carpools can and do include family members.
Is Big Blue Bus free for UCLA?
TAP U-Pass allows UCLA students, faculty and staff unlimited travel on Big Blue Bus or Culver CityBus for an entire academic quarter for the low cost of $45 for students and $55 for faculty and staff.
How do UCLA students get to the beach?
Will Rogers State Beach is the easiest to reach from UCLA, and a popular beach for tourists and locals. Just cruise west on Sunset Boulevard from UCLA to Pacific Coast Highway to reach the beach.
Do you pay Lyft before or after ride?
Lyft passengers pay for rides through the app. Driver pay calculation begins when the passenger is in your car and you’ve tapped to pick up in the app. Driver pay includes time spent waiting, starting one minute after you’ve confirmed your arrival (read our step-by-step guide on how to give Lyft rides).
