Sizing wise, Chooka does state that their roots run big to allow for thick socks (which is awesome!) so I sized down to a 7. I wear 7.5 usually and with a semi-thick sock, these were still very comfortable and had a little bit of wiggle room. Even if you wear 8 normally, a 7 would be just perfect.
