What can headspace help with? If you’re a young person aged between 12-25 years, headspace provides a range of services to improve your health and wellbeing. Our services cover four core areas: mental health and wellbeing, physical and sexual health, work and study support, and alcohol and other drug services.

To get started, there are a few things you need to do:
- Register as an individual user and verify your account.
- Login to your account.
- Go to your dashboard and select My Learning Community.
- Confirm you are the Action Team Leader.
- Prepare for contact from a Be You Consultant.
