Eligibility
- Applicant must be an Ocean County resident. Applicant must upload a photocopy of Driver’s License or Non-Driver’s License obtainable through the Division of Motor Vehicles to certify In-County residency.
- Applicant must be registered and enrolled in an OCC degree program.

Enrollment in the OCC Honors Program is not automatic. Students wishing to enroll must meet all admission criteria (see below), attend an Honors Orientation, and submit an application including two letters of recommendation.

Is Ocean County College requiring Covid vaccine?
Vaccination is strongly recommended but not required with the exception of students and faculty in the Nursing and Allied Health programs. Students and faculty in these programs must be vaccinated in order to comply with the vaccine mandate adopted by clinical sites.
