What is Fox boost valve?
Fox boost valve is in the compression fluid flow channel, having variable port size which closes smaller restricting fluid progressively as the shaft displacement’s reserve chamber air or nitrogen pressure increases during compression travel.
How do you adjust a Fox Float rear shock?
With the air pump attached to the shock valve, slowly cycle your shock through 25% of its travel 10 times as you reach your desired pressure. This will equalize the positive and negative air chambers and will change the pressure on the pump gauge. Do not exceed the maximum FLOAT air pressure! Remove the pump.

How do you service a float CTD boost valve remote?
If you are servicing a FLOAT CTD Boost Valve Remote shock, go to the CTD Remote Eyelet section » Using a 9 mm wrench, remove the piston nut. Be careful not to lose the 4 x 10 valve shim that can stick to the nut. Remove the valving assembly and lay it out in assembly sequence on a clean lint-free towel.
