Ownership. On 14 February 2008, Sheffield United public limited company chairman Kevin McCabe successfully acquired a tender to purchase Ferencváros. McCabe’s Hungarian company, Esplanade Limited liability company bought Ferencváros’ real estate for £8.45 million with a view to start paying off the £5 million debt.
